About me
Týna is a qualified nutritionist, personal trainer and massage therapist with a strong background in sport and human performance. Her journey into the industry began through a lifelong involvement in sport, including martial arts such as Krav Maga, Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This early interest in movement and performance led her to complete a degree in Food and Nutrition from Czech University of Life Sciences Prague and pursue a Master’s in Elite Sport Performance at Dublin City University.
Warm and approachable, Týna is passionate about helping people feel, move and perform at their best using methods that combine science-based knowledge with practical experience. Through both in-person sessions and online coaching, she works with professional athletes and the general public, offering a holistic approach that integrates nutrition, movement and recovery. She believes that real, lasting results come from education and sustainable lifestyle changes, not quick fixes.
At Form & Function, her focus is on improving health and performance in a realistic, sustainable way. Her approach is personalised, educational and supportive, helping clients build long-term habits without compromising their individuality or lifestyle. As part of her growing online services, she offers structured coaching with regular check-ins, giving clients the knowledge, accountability and support they need to succeed.
